How I earned $400 in one month as an affiliate marketer — a case study

They say that affiliate marketing is such a saturated market. But, I digress. Yes, it’s saturated but it’s the one that breathes life into the creator economy. With billions of income generated for publishers, bloggers, influencers, content writers, vloggers, etc., it’s no question that it’s the money-maker for selfmade millennials and Gen Zs today.

In 2023, affiliate marketing spending in the United States stood at 9.56 billion U.S. dollars. The source projected it would increase to 10.72 billion in 2024 and further to roughly 12 billion in 2025. Source: Statista

To prove my point, I indulged in a brave adventure and decided to jump the wagon by applying the basic principles and techniques that expert marketers utilize.

However, this time it’s quite unique; But surprisingly, it worked with low-effort affiliate marketing and without the extravagant Youtube marketing (because I suck at it).

In this post, I’ll spill the beans on what I did, what program I chose, and how I did it with low effort.
